I prefer to follow my own ideas rather than following some set guidelines because only the owner of house can better understand what type of decor can represent his/her personality

Yah. . . . . . . . . . . .  I follow that.  Home décor ideas take a closer look at the different aspects of interior decorations.  Here, one can find the modern home décor accessories which play an important role in defining your home.

Good question admin. I personally follow my own ideas. I know what I like and what kind of interior design and decor I like the best. My house is decorated and furnished in country/western style with a  touch of rustic and antique. I like mixing styles a bit as long as it doesn't clash.
If e.g. I see a nice accent or decor piece I usually do not buy it right ahead. At home I try to recall what it looks like and then I decide what would be a perfect spot for it or if it will fit in my home at all.

LOL, with that question you really made me laugh here.
No buddy, my house for sure is not cluttered and neither I'm a pack rat. If I'm tired of something so I get rid of it. New decor pieces bring new life in the room.
But you know what I also do? I do exchange decor and accent pieces. For instance I have a lot of seasonal accents which I place accordingly to the season.
I'm not living in an apartment and in a 3 bedroom house you usually have room enough to put decor out, in any room and without it had to look cluttered.

Cheers
